It is impossible at this stage to do more than guess at final revenue and expenditure figures for the financial year 1947-48, but expenditure, exclusive of special expenditure, should be in the neighbourhood of 95 million dollars. The aim will be to raise revenue of the same amount, viz.,

Special expenditure, to be met from loan or from Crown Agents advances, is expected to total about 50 million. 73, 125.007
